What type of wax do you use?

We use 100% soy wax mostly, but we sometimes use a custom blend of soy wax and coconut wax - natural, sustainable, vegan and non-toxic. You can expect an even and long-lasting burn from our candles.

What size are your candles?

Our candles are available in many sizes. 8 oz + 16 oz in tins and 12 oz + 16 oz in glass.

Are your vessels recyclable?

Yes we reuse and recycle over here and you should too!!

Orders

When will my order ship?

We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow 3-5 for processing and for your order to ship out. 

Can I cancel my order?

You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! N.B. You must cancel your order before it ships. 

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?

If you have mistakenly entered  an incorrect address, simply reply to your order conformation email and confirm or reach out to us via email to have address changed. If the address provided is incorrect, you must reach out to us before you order has been shipped/leave our facility. No refund will be given if customer failed to inform us of the incorrect information in a timely manner and customer will be liable to pay new shipping fee if necessary.

We are dedicated and will be happy to assist you in any way we can. We do receive a large number of emails, If you wish to get a prompt response please attach your order number and address the problem clearly when contacting us.

Where can I check the status of my order?

Log into your Accounts page at www.rganikscandleco.com and check under Order History. All past and current orders will be detailed here, including the status of your order! If in doubt, email us at support@rganikscandleco.com and one of our friendly agents will help look it up for you!

REFUNDS

Refunds are generally prohibited unless there's an issue with your order on our end. In the case of a broken package, a photo of said package should be sent to our email @ support@rganikscandleco.com for investigation and inspection.

What currency are the prices on the website?

All prices are in USD.

When will my order ship?

We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow 3-5 for processing and for your order to ship out. 

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary, and is mostly dependent on the shipping option you choose. Since we do ship worldwide, international shipping requires more time than local shipping. The average shipping time for US customers  is 3-7 business days.

Whats the difference with Processing and Shipping?

Processing is how long your order takes to be acknowledge and packed for shipping, while shipping refers to when the package actually ships via the courier and the time it takes to get to the final destination for the customer to receive.

My candle is mushrooming! What could this mean?

This does not mean your candle is bad or useless, If the wax does not burn quickly enough to keep up with the wick, 'a mushroom' wick occurs, which results in the wick consuming the wax resulting in an accumulation of carbon particles on the wick. Trim the black 'cap' off and bend or 'curl' the tip of the wick to repair a mushroom wick. Mushrooming can also occur when a candle is burned for a prolonged period of time. Why is my candle flame so high?

It's likely that you (forgot) tp trim your wick before lighting, please trim your wick 1⁄4 inch before burning your candles is recommended.
